As Director of Programs, Alexandra is responsible for managing all aspects of Bioenterprise’s funding and acceleration programming nationally. This includes program development and delivery, outcomes and impact reporting, business development, and stakeholder relationship management.

Alexandra has extensive client management, business development, and team leadership experience. Previously, she worked as the Operations Manager at a start-up food company and was responsible for managing day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Alexandra first joined the Bioenterprise team in 2016 where she acted as an Analyst in Food & Food Systems, providing clients with commercialization support services.

Alexandra currently sits on the Industry Advisory Committee for the Canadian Food & Wine Institute at Niagara College and has several years of experience as a review panelist for the Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance. Alexandra holds a M.Sc. degree in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences as well as a B.Sc. in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph.
