As the Innovation & Sustainability Manager, Sean is responsible for building partnerships with organizations that foster innovative and sustainable ideologies in the food and agri-tech industry.
In past roles, Sean supported agricultural start-ups by helping to identify partnerships and other key performance indicators for successful business development. Sean collaborated with industry leaders to provide a variety of services including public funding opportunity identification, relationship development, and market analysis.
As a graduate of the M.Sc. program in Environmental Sciences from the University of Guelph, Sean has a thorough understanding of climate change mitigation, soil fertility, and the advancements of biofertilizers in crop protection. Sean’s prior experience in agricultural consulting and service delivery has immersed him in Canada’s diverse agricultural landscapes.
