Peter L. Ferraro

Peter L. Ferraro is an Ontario Corporate Lawyer with considerable business experience as an executive with prominent North American companies. Ferraro’s professional career includes his tenure as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of the Parmalat North America Group/Beatrice Foods; as Vice President & General Counsel of Ault Foods Limited; and as Corporate Legal Counsel for John Labatt Limited and its subsidiaries. Ferraro holds a Chartered Director designation and lends his strategic knowledge serving as a Board Director of a bioscience technology development company (Bioenteprise Corporation) and leads the Guelph General Hospital Board of Directors as Chair. Peter also acts as general counsel and adviser to several successful Ontario companies.
