His background is extensive, ranging from that of the dynamic start-up to the fully mature enterprise, with stints at a CP & CN telecom initiative, Xerox, Nibiru Capital Management and companies in a variety of industries. As Senior Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Development for Apple Canada, Norm spearheaded component sourcing of Canadian manufacture to company factories, negotiated favorable changes to government procurement policy to open markets in Education, and forged alliances to seed Apple technology and influence corporate growth. As President of the Canadian Information Productivity Awards he has helped stimulate and promote innovation as a key productivity and growth tool in Canada. He has served as industry Chairman in two growing sectors, and helped redesign CATA Alliance into the successful digital business model it deploys today.
